1.0 Eligibility:
The following are creteria that every aspiring member must meet prior to being admitted as a member:

1. Must read, understand and accept (subscribe) to our vision, mission and value statements.
2. Must subscribe to our goals and objectives as an organization and take personal responsibility not only to support but also to promote them.
3. Sign up to terms and conditions of membership including the members code of conduct.
4. Must support, promote and uphold our goals and objectives, be it in private or in public.
5. Must participate in organization activities, be available for volunteering both time and resources for the good of our united call.
6. While we understand those not in Birmingham may have difficulties participating in day to day organization activities, member will have obligation to make time to participate by email, blog forum, skype, telephone and other means possible to be actively engaged in the organization.   


2.0 Benefits:

Members Benefits: Overall
The following are general benefits that every member gets upon joining the organization:
  1. Free subscription to informercial journal (which will also have other beneficial information such as legal and social), to be started and maintained by joint effort of members pooling resources together.
  2. To further your career through opportunities for personal and professional development training, volunteering and mentoring.
  3.  Networking opportunities with other WC members and organizations affiliated by WC at the centre or otherwise (online training and courses).
  4. Opportunity to access benefit from social actions such as Be Birmingham, Big society, which are aimed at community organized groups.
  5. Opportunity to volunteer with the organization and thus get reference towards members’ future business and or employment ventures.
Below are more grade specific benefits for members
Bronze/Student Members:
1.      Subject to availability, up to 1 hour per day of free access to computer and internet at WC, excluding tutoring and printing facilities.
  1.  Minimal discount on products and services offered at WC or on behalf or in association with, subject to availability, terms and conditions.
  2. Opportunities such as investment, employment, mentoring, personal business financing and the like, subject to availability.
Silver Members:
  1. Subject to availability, up to 1 hour per day of free access to computer and internet at WC, excluding tutoring and printing facilities.
  2. Higher discount on products and services offered at WC or on behalf or in association with, subject to availability, terms and conditions.
  3. Priority over lower grades on opportunities such as investment, employment, mentoring, personal business financing and the like. 
Gold Members:
  1. Subject to availability, up to 2 hours per day of free access to computer and internet at WC, excluding tutoring and printing facilities.
  2. Higher discount on products and services offered at WC or on behalf or in association with, subject to availability, terms and conditions.
  3. Priority over lower grades on opportunities such as investment, employment, mentoring, personal business financing and the like.
  4. Apply for organization to be financial guarantor (amount to be based on the grade) for the purpose of personal and or business loans and or franchise investments, subject to terms and conditions.
Tanzanite Members:
  1. Subject to availability, up to 2 hours per day of free access to computer and internet at WC, excluding tutoring and printing facilities.
  2. Higher discount on products and services offered at WC or on behalf or in association with, subject to availability, terms and conditions.
  3. Priority over lower grades on opportunities such as investment, employment, mentoring, personal business financing and the like.
  4. Apply for organization to be financial guarantor (amount to be based on the grade) for the purpose of personal and or business loans and or franchise investments, subject to terms and conditions.
Life-Time Tanzanite Members:
1.      Subject to availability, up to 2 hours per day of free access to computer and internet at WC, excluding tutoring and printing facilities.
  1. Higher discount on products and services offered at WC or on behalf or in association with, subject to availability, terms and conditions.
  2. Priority over lower grades on opportunities such as investment, employment, mentoring, personal business financing and the like.
  3. Apply for organization to be financial guarantor (amount to be based on the grade) for the purpose of personal and or business loans and or franchise investments, subject to terms and conditions.
  4. Membership can be passed on to the next of kin when the member is deceased.

3.0 Grades:
Below is the list of membership grades and subscription fees per year:
   Student Member*           £75
   Bronze                                 £150
   Silver                                  £350
   Gold                                 £450
   Tanzanite                      £500
   Lifetime Tanzanite      £1,500
            * Person under 18 years of age and on full time education


4.0 T&Cs:
Membership Terms and Conditions
  1. Members should pay their annual subscription in full or maintain the pre-agreed instalments, failure to do so will invalidate member’s entitlement to benefits and may results to membership termination.
  2. Membership cannot be degraded but can be upgraded at any time of the year.
  3. Membership cannot be transferred to another person (except for Lifetime Tanzanite).
  4. In case of membership termination (or resignation), there will be no subscription refund.

Membership Termination
  1. A subscribing member may resign on his/her own accord in writing to management committee.
  2. Management Committee will take the discretion to terminate membership should an individual fail to pay the required his/her membership subscription.
  3. In case of misconduct by a subscribing member, the Management Committee will take discretion to terminate membership provided that:
  i. there is good and sufficient reason to do so,
  ii. the subscribing member is given the right to be heard by the
     Management Committee
  iii. the resolution is passed by at least two thirds of the Management
      Committee members.
